Developed floor plans

Nice progress Chris!

However some issues remain open:
- how to animate the lower plaza during the day when the dance club is closed? Maybe that form in front of it has something to do with it, but you have not annotated what that is? But I think there needs to be more programmatic richness here.
- the red areas in plans: is that relating to a program element or is it just graphics? So far you have not differentiated the program internally and identified different zones. Think about where you would integrate an egress stair, not so much for its own sake, but to help zoning the plan.

I like the gesture of the third floor: is there a special program in it that would warrent the hight degree of exposure?

Also show the impact of the existing food court: the boundary is different than on the sides ( you draw the same line all around hiding this fact). Of course your topic applies to how the upper level is seen from the inside of the foodcourt as well. Show that and intergrate seating in your plan. A similar issue is on the ground level: what is the micro plaza? I know it has to do with the mall entrance, but you don't even show it!

In general annotate your very clean drawings more profusely and differentiate the spaces to describe what you imaging happening there. The plans should not be limited to look nicely composed and clean, but show activities in the messy urban environment.

The sections are just the right tool to develop your project and describe your topic.

Chris –

The plans are coming together, I will agree with Enno though that some sections would really help to show the vertical movement through the building. It would also help to show the relationship between the surrounding buildings. Maybe even some elevations.
