This looks graphically nice, but some clarifications of the "visual interaction" are needed to understand what your intent is. Are you showing a condition that is positive or negative? How does your intervention effect this? You might need a section as well to address the visually dominant tower.
Think about the site analysis could be the springboard into your project.
